As a licensed building practitioner he’s walked the walk, and with expertise across every aspect of the business he’s consistently proven he talks the talk too, continually developing the company’s offering and the skills of our team.
Rinat Daudov
Assistant Operations Manager
Rinat works hard for his team, always focused on making sure they have what they need to make their job easier and faster. From monitoring Health and Safety compliance to organising workflow across multiple sites and supporting clients directly, Rinat is on it, making sure everyone’s expectations are met. And with years of experience in engineering and project management, he makes it all look easy.
Sheree Beardsley
Office Manager
Setting up job leads, following up with clients, staying on top of H&S documentation, and liaising with clients, operations managers, quantity surveyors and more, all come easily to Sheree. She has a knack for details and her communication is second to none, making sure our jobs and invoicing run smoothly. And her master level of organisation is invaluable to the whole team.

With his impressive attention to detail, Jason oversees the quality of our work and ensures all our partners’ expectations are met. With over two decades of experience in the industry (15 of those in waterproofing alone) Jason can certainly talk the talk. He loves seeing a good job done right the first time, and providing quality on-site training for the WPC team.

With over 10 years in the construction industry, Mitch previously ran his own building company before joining WPC. With this experience, he brings a broad and comprehensive vision of all levels of construction work. As WPC operations manager, Mitch keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring clients are satisfied. Passionate about building strong relationships and a motivated team, he enables people to deliver their best work and deliver results.
Alex Mora
Commercial Manager, BSCE, PG Cost Eng, AACE Member
With over 20 years’ experience in Brazil and New Zealand, Alex has worked as a quantity surveyor, project manager, and commercial manager, gaining a broad view of both site operations and commercial strategy. He has developed expertise across sectors including civil, residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and aged care. At WPC, Alex leads the commercial side of projects, from cost planning to contract administration. He is passionate about solving challenges, improving systems, and mentoring talent, and has successfully navigated the challenge of transitioning into the New Zealand industry.
Kamilla Cevidanes
Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Member of NZQS
Kamilla has been working as a quantity surveyor for over 10 years in the residential, commercial, and social housing sectors. From budgeting and planning to financial control and feasibility analysis, she brings a wide and strategic view of the construction industry to all projects. At WPC, Kamilla ensures projects are delivered in time and within budget. Passionate about seeing developments succeed from start to finish, she takes pride in delivering quality outcomes through precise financial management and strategic planning.
Riaan Rohlandt
Roofing Manager
Riaan has been in the roofing industry for over 21 years, having run his own business for several years before immigrating to New Zealand. As our Roofing Manager, he is responsible for the daily operations of the roofing division, including scheduling work, problem solving, managing staff, procuring materials and communicating closely with clients. He’s a stickler for quality and takes pride in the work his team delivers on each project.

As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with 18 years’ experience in roofing and metal wall cladding, Kevin has worked across South Africa and New Zealand. He delivers high-quality membrane roofing, flashings, and cladding installations and is recognised for his precision and problem-solving skills. He enjoys putting in the hard work to achieve high-standard results. Kevin was recently ranked in the top 10 in the Colorsteel Awards for wall cladding in New Zealand.
Sam Stout
Operations Manager
With his 20 years of experience in the painting and plastering trade, Sam has led high-end new builds to major commercial infrastructures in Nelson. As Tasman Operations Manager, he oversees daily operations, manages staff and workflow, as well as working on-site to ensure each job is completed to the highest standard. Respected for his strong trade background, communication skills, and commitment from start to finish, Sam takes pride in delivering results clients can trust.
